Hosts Jacob and Brandon discuss the structures of reality and heuristics for finding meaning and truth in life. Texts from Heraclitus are compared with those from Descartes.

Show Notes

In this first episode, please excuse the audio quality (and for at least the next two episodes). Furthermore, perhaps at some point the cheezy animation will be replaced with (minimal) video.

Technical notes aside, this episode serves as a starting point for our future discussions. This podcast seeks to be a long-form discussion which effective weaves narratives in philosophy. The purpose of these narratives is to make human thought fully perceivable to the common man. In other words, everyone is welcome to join us– if you're having a hard time following along, then I take that as our fault. In order to resolve any difficulties, these notes, as with all show notes, may be modified over time according to the needs of our audience.
